This expansive building is located on twenty-two acres surrounded by marsh and sounds, less than 5 minutes away from the pristine beaches of the famous North Carolina Outer Banks... Spectacular breathtaking views of soundside wildlife and sunsets await your guests. The open floor plan allows you to dance, eat and socialize all on one level. Large rooms open up to the dance floor so no first dance, cake cutting, or toast will be missed. State of the art sound equipment throughout the building. Leather sofas and chairs with ottomans surround a gas wood stove (and a flat screen TV) completing a casual, yet elegant, look of the plush hunt clubs of the area’s past. A walkway leads you over a pond to our new glass chapel to exchange vows. Complete beach wedding setups are available incuding chairs, arches, and aisle markers. All levels of packages available including officiates and any and all needed vendors. Mallards Marsh is a wedding and reception site that truly captures the Outer Banks experience.
