| Chef Cory Scheleicher has been cooking on the Outer Banks for over 10 years. First at Windmill Point and The Oceanfront Trellis and now as the Executive Chef at Old Tom's Restaurant and Tavern. |
| He has two culinary degrees – one from the Culinary Institute at Newberry College in Boston and one from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His focus has always been Italian/French with a specialization in sauces. All of his dishes feature the freshest ingredients and are made from scratch. |
