Ranging from large 12-bedroom, oceanfront estates to more modest 4-bedroom villas, there is something for everyone. Our rental homes and villas are located on the oceanfront, oceanside, soundside and on the soundfront, as well as overlooking the golf course at the beautiful Currituck Club. Whatever your preference, our group coordinator will work with you to provide your guests the perfect accommodations to suit any taste or budget.

Our homes not only present you with unmatched guest accommodations but also unimaginable event spaces. Our properties offer you something that most reception venues, parks, recreations centers, etc. cannot -- spectacular views in incomparable settings. And while our homes can accommodate as few as 4-6 guests or as many as 31, our "special event homes" can host a grand affair with as many as 75-100 guests.

Properties welcoming weddings, receptions, family reunions, executive retreats or any other functions that will exceed the occupancy limit of the home will be noted in the bulleted section of the Property Detail page. SPECIAL EVENTS CANNOT BE BOOKED ONLINE; YOU MUST CALL US AT 800-962-0201 TO BOOK A SPECIAL EVENT PROPERTY. All special events are subject to homeowner's approval. Prior to booking your home you will need to complete and submit a Special Event Approval Form listing the details of your event such as date and time, number of guests, catering and music arrangements, etc. This form can be obtained by downloading it from our "Weddings" page or by calling our Special Events Coordinator. Please be aware that special events will cost the guest a $1,000 Special Event Fee. Additional fees may also apply.
